Cancellation Policy

At Toon Tiki Charters, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy while ensuring we can properly prepare for each experience.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact our team as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to assist and explain available options such as refunds, gift certificates, or transferable tickets based on your booking type and timing.

Rain Delays
Light or passing rain doesn’t have to end the fun. If weather conditions indicate that rain is temporary and expected to clear within approximately 30 minutes, we may delay departure and wait dockside until conditions improve.

Inclement Weather or Insufficient Passengers
If Toon Tiki Charters must cancel a cruise due to unsafe weather conditions or failure to meet minimum passenger requirements, guests will be notified up to one hour prior to departure. In these cases, guests may choose either:

• A full refund to the original form of payment, or
• A gift certificate for future use.

Mechanical Issues or Weather During a Cruise
If a cruise must return to the dock early due to mechanical issues or worsening weather conditions, guests will be issued a gift certificate for a future cruise.

Private charters and special events, including those with catering, are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled cruise date.

• Cancellations made 30 to 14 days prior to the scheduled cruise will receive a gift certificate or store credit for the full amount paid.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled cruise date are non-refundable.
• Tickets are transferable, allowing another guest to attend in your place if you’re unable to do so.

These policies allow us to coordinate crew, vendors, and event partners in advance.

For social (ticketed) cruises:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled cruise will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled cruise will receive a gift certificate for future use.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled cruise time are forfeited and non-refundable.

• Gift certificates and store credits do not expire and may be applied toward future cruises or charters, subject to availability.
• Refunds may take several business days to process and appear on your statement.
