Rain Delays
Light or passing rain doesn’t have to end the fun. If weather conditions indicate that rain is temporary and expected to clear within approximately 30 minutes, we may delay departure and wait dockside until conditions improve.
Inclement Weather or Insufficient Passengers
If Toon Tiki Charters must cancel a cruise due to unsafe weather conditions or failure to meet minimum passenger requirements, guests will be notified up to one hour prior to departure. In these cases, guests may choose either:
Mechanical Issues or Weather During a Cruise
If a cruise must return to the dock early due to mechanical issues or worsening weather conditions, guests will be issued a gift certificate for a future cruise.
Private charters and special events, including those with catering, are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled cruise date.
