If you need to cancel your reservation, kindly contact our team immediately. We will gladly assist you and provide further information regarding refunds, gift cards, or rain checks based on specific circumstances.
Please review our policy below:
- Rain Delay: Don't Let a Shower Dampen Your Cruising Adventure! If it appears that the rain clouds are just passing through and the skies are likely to clear within the next 30 minutes, we won't let a little rain ruin your plans. Instead, we'll wait it out on the dock until the coast is clear and ready to set sail!
- Inclement Weather or Insufficient Passengers: If we need to cancel a cruise due to inclement weather or not meeting the minimum number of passengers, we will notify you up to one hour before the scheduled cruise date and time. You can receive a refund of your booking fee, which will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a gift card for future use.
- Mechanical or Inclement Weather During the Cruise: If, during the cruise, we are required to return to the dock due to mechanical issues or worsening weather conditions, we will issue you a gift certificate for a future cruise.
- Private Charters: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled cruise date to receive a full refund for private charters. This allows us sufficient time to rebook your cruise date for another guest on our waitlist. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled cruise date and time, you will receive a gift certificate for your total cruise amount for a future cruise.
- Social Cruises: For social cruises, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled cruise date and time to receive a full refund. Like private charters, if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled cruise date and time, you will be issued a gift certificate for a future cruise. This allows us to rebook your seat for another guest on our waitlist.
By adhering to these cancellation guidelines, you ensure eligibility for a refund and provide us with ample time to accommodate other guests who may be eagerly waiting to join us on their preferred dates.
Please note that refunds may take a few days to process and settle. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
