IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read the following information carefully.
- To streamline the boarding process, all guests are required to sign our waiver before boarding. You have the option to save time by completing the form online, which can be accessed through the link provided in your booking confirmation email. By completing the waiver ahead of time, you'll have a smoother and more efficient check-in experience when you arrive.
- Your cruise aboard the Kanaloa begins with a brief safety speech from our Captain or First Mate, lasting about 2 minutes. This speech covers essential safety guidelines and the expected code of conduct during your time on board.
- To ensure your safety, please keep all arms and legs inside the designated "Life Lines" on the boat. We kindly ask that you refrain from attempting to assist the captain and crew during the docking process.
- When we are departing from or approaching the dock, please remain seated. This allows the captain to have a clear view of all areas of the vessel and enables the crew to swiftly secure the boat as needed.
- When boarding and disembarking the vessel, please watch your step and allow our crew to assist you with coolers and bags. By doing so, you can use your hands to ensure a safe and steady transition on and off the vessel.
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for any unwelcome behavior, whether it be verbal or physical, directed towards our crew or vessel. Violation of our rules or engaging in inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the cruise and cancellation of your reservation at the discretion of the Kanaloa crew.
- Specifically, behaviors such as over-intoxication, use of vulgar language, vomiting, or indecent exposure are strictly prohibited. In the event that such behavior occurs, Toon Tiki Charters, Kanaloa reserves the right to impose a clean-up fee of $200.00, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Smoking cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, and cigar smoking are not permitted aboard our cruises, except during our special event Cigar and Bourbon Cruise, where cigar smoking is allowed in our salon area. No smoking of any kind is allowed at the back of the boat near the gasoline engines.
- Underage consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated. Any guests involved will be returned to the dock with no refund. If you bring alcohol, you must bring your ID.
- We are dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all passengers. By adhering to our guidelines and treating our crew and vessel with respect, you contribute to the overall positive experience of everyone on board.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in upholding these rules, ensuring a memorable and pleasant cruise for all guests.
